We use Tido chat on our website. They offer integration with CRM/SIS. this would be a helpful feature for us as the leads would dump in Populi rather than manually adding.

Adam Sentz @Chase - I don't know if you have anybody that could build it over there, but if Tido has an API you could build something to connect it to Populi's API for adding leads.
