Students often have questions when using Populi to register for a class or pay tuition. We have help center articles and a live chat, but neither can be displayed to a student in Populi.
We'd like to be able to add our live chat client into Populi so that, when a student has a question, we can support them through the chat without them having to leave Populi.
This would help students get quicker answers to their questions and it would cut down our support email volume.
