I would like to see the “Unused Courses” and ”Unused Transfer Credits” sections of Degree Audit area enhanced to help students and program advisors better track the completion of their programs.
New Section 1: Open Electives
• This section would include all credits attained that are not allocated to a specific Degree Audit Requirement.
• In the same fashion as the other degree requirements, it would show the number of credits completed and transferred and those courses that are “IP” (In Progress) that will be assigned to this section once successfully completed.
New Section 2: Unused Courses
• This section would include any courses that received a grade of “F” (Failure) or Incomplete and any courses with “0” (zero) credits that is not connected to a specific Degree Audit Requirement.
• Currently, the Failures and unassigned “0” (zero) credit courses do show up here but Incomplete courses do not show up on the Degree Audit at all.
