Add "remove communication plan" to Students' Activity Feed

The Activity Feed has an "add" link to Communication Plans or "Apply A Communication Plan" for those without any already.

It would be useful to have a "remove" link as well for any individuals that have Communication Plans already applied. This makes removing easy, otherwise, to my knowledge, the only way to remove comm plans is to data slice the individual(s) and remove it there.

  Nic Toney - On the Activity Feed tab, under the Communications Plan heading, click on the name of the communication plan then click the Delete button in the dialog that appears.

  You can also remove Communications Plans for people who are Leads on the Leads report.
