Ability to use markup in criteria boxes for rubric creation. If not full HTML, some kind of markup options for visual formatting like italics, bold, bullet lists, and paragraph breaks.
When using longer text with descriptions or a list of items, the straight text block is very unattractive and more difficult to read.
