See changes to Custom Tags in the Activity Feed

It would be helpful if the Activity Feed reflected Custom Tags that were added or removed.

  Natalie Ybarra - You can already see changes made to tags in the Activity Feed by changing the Show selector to Changes.

  Changes isn't an option for me in the Show selecteor. How can I fix that?
