When entering an Address, both on an inquiry and in “Add a New Person”, the Country field is automatically “United States of America”. Can it be made to default instead to "choose country" since that is an option already there? Otherwise, why have it say, "choose country" at all?

BTW, NONE of our students will be from the USA so to see that as the first option is off-putting.
This seems reasonable. However, if it were to be implemented, could you make the United States of America the first option on the dropdown list from Choose Country, since I believe many of Populi's schools (including us) are US-based?
The default selected country is actually just whatever your school's country is.
You also need more flexibility for non-U.S. addresses. A properly formatted address for Turkey would end with:
Postal Code Province / City
The address form requires you to enter data in the City, State, and Zip fields and then arranges the mailing address as if it was a U.S. address:
City, Province Postal Code
It would be better if, once you selected a different country than the U.S., you could have the option to leave City, State, and Zip blank and simply enter the properly formatted address information in a separate line in the Street field.
