Hello, our school is coming up to speed with Populi. Within our database, we have quite a few cases where multiple people have the same name, and also have cases where multiple organizations we care about (churches) have the same name. It is next to impossible to distinguish who is who in the suggested search results. Is there any way the search function could be enhanced such that the suggested results include the person's town/state as part of the suggested info? This would make the function far more usable, in my opinion, as we would be able to distinguish records of people who happen to have the same name.
I noticed when I add an organization as a soft credit to a donation, that particular search suggestion box does this exact function. It would be great if that functionality could be included in the primary search, located at the upper right hand part of the screen. Side note -- when adding a person as a soft credit to the donation, the search suggestions do not include city/state -- only when adding organizations. It would be nice if both were consistent.
