While there is ability to lock all students from uploading their own ID photos, we need the ability to lock individual students, or at least to have an approval process, where an admin can approve or deny an updated ID photo.

Niklaas Schalm I especially like the idea of an approval process built into the system, as currently we have to decide if it is worth the workload for someone to email with students back and forth about what profile pic to use. It would be easier if the student just uploads it and the admin can click yes or no.

Adam Sentz Sandi Brubacher - There is already a setting to disallow students from uploading their own ID photos. Your Populi Account Admins can set it in Account Settings > Security.
