It is surprising that an instructor is not able to control the date/time of the return of corrected work to students.
Our students work a cohort, so we want all students to receive their assignments back at the same time, not piecemeal as the grading work is done.
The desired feature would allow teaching assistants to annotate work, make comments, and assign points, but have a global date & time for when the work would be available/returned to all students that would be a separate action initiated by faculty.
