You could add it as a note on the Roster page.
Or else, you could create a term-based Custom Field for the Student record.
But the note on the Roster, I think, might be helpful because I think the faculty could see it. I'm not sure if the faculty could see a term-based field and, if they could, it might not have adequate access control if you were concerned about privacy.
We would like something that would automatically indicate on the roster term by term, course by course so we don't have to manually go into each course for each student and add a note. That would be very time consuming and inefficient.
We only want them to see that accommodations exist. For privacy reasons, we would house specifics internally with limited access.
