It's obvious that the back-end Populi support staff have more control than we users have in this area, but the lack of control is astonishing. I've been going back and forth with Populi Support for weeks now trying to get email notifications to run for specific kinds of applications, and specific stages (Pending Decision), for specific staff and faculty member(s) who are engaged in specific degree programs' admissions processes.
We, the users, should be able to see the same email notification customizations that the Populi support users can set up for us. That way I can manage it and not have to go through support if I don't need support. I need access, not support.
