We would like to have a way for alumni to order additional copies of their certificates/diplomas. Much like how they can order a transcript. This is particularly helpful for the medical field.

Prof. Joseph Salas I agree with this request! Our institution is changing our procedure to sending electronic certificates when student graduate from one of our certificate programs. This would be a good solution for us and reduce the friction. Currently, we must download a PDF an attach them to an email. This would streamline the process.
For us, all graduates will receive an electronic certificate so we would want to be able to to also send one to the student without them requesting it.
If you need a school to beta test it, we would be willing.

Ronda Smith This feature is really needed for our institution also. It would be great to have the certificate generated either in Populi or where we can upload the certificate to the student's profile where Populi can pull from there to send to the recipient. In addition, have that specific certificate if uploaded, otherwise have a custom version generated in Populi, emailed to the student via the email system in Populi to a group or individual with encryption like the transcript. If a student requests it to be sent directly to them, then have it where they can download it . If they need the certificate sent to an agency or third party, then they can request it like the transcripts.
Our Transcripts have the signature of the President and Dean, therefore having their signatures auto generated on the certificate would make life easier, instead of ordering from the third party, attempting to get to get the signature of both administrators, which takes weeks to get, to then scanning the certificates and saving them one by one to their file, etc.
