Hello! I would like to recommend adding course dates to the student tab/transcript. For our purposes, since we have to report course start and end dates to the VA, but have "mini sessions," that is a session 1 8-week course and a session 2 8-week course, within the 16-week term, in order to identify this information, we have to open each course. Additionally, for audits, to demonstrate why we reported the dates/credit loads that we did, we will have to have print-outs for each course. Having this information on the student tab/transcript would simply, not only our process, but also audit documentation and minimize errors in reporting. Thank you!

Donna Haug We work with 1-week modules, 6-week terms and 12-week semesters as well. Our work around has been to use "codes" in our Section Codes. MdA, TrmC, Sem B, etc. Not sure if that's helpful.
