We frequently use substitutions/waivers/etc., to track students progress through their degree requirements. At present, if a student fulfills a prerequisite via a substitution, the registration system doesn't recognize that prerequisite as being met. This leads to confusion and frustration for the student who may think that something is wrong with their degree audit. We would like to request that the registration system be able to recognize when prerequisites are met via substitutions/waivers/etc.

Brittany Kemlo I think this would be a helpful feature. I wonder if it would also help when using the data slicer for all students who have passed a certain class. I would like to be able to know when a student has a transfer or a waiver applied to that class on their degree audit rather than just having it show they have not taken the class.
