Could there be a function that allows us to batch upload test questions, possibly in a formatted spreadsheet of some sort? I am copying and pasting up to 400 relatively short items per course when I create courses!

Adam Sentz Stephanie Dickerson - Populi supports QTI as well, but I don't think that's what you're looking for here. If you are just doing Multiple Choice check out AIKEN and if you need more then GIFT.
