t would be incredibly helpful if Populi could allow administrators to set a priority order for course groups when a single course appears in more than one group.
For example, in our M.Div. program, some courses are listed under both “MDiv – Mission Distribution (CHWT)” and “MDiv – Free Electives.” Ideally, the system would first apply such a course to the distribution electives (until that distribution requirement is satisfied) before counting it toward free electives.
This feature would significantly reduce student confusion and make degree audits clearer for both students and faculty advisors
