It would be great if we could have a field where we could identify the actual name of the scholarship for tracking purposes.

Kristine Gripp You can add a note in the award details area, which is what I do, after adding the award, but it would be better if the student could see the payer/source name as part of the award name itself. It's not practical for us to create a separate fund name for all these private awards as most only have 1 student recipient. Maybe something like "Private Scholarship" : and have fill in field for the payer/source name that would be visible on the aid offer letters and Financial Aid screen student facing view?

Kelly Reyes Kristine, thank you for this information, and I agree that it would be helpful for students to see this information as a part of the award. It is not uncommon for students and parents to call in to get this information from us, as they have no way to track it.
