Currently, the only option when a building is no longer being used is to "Delete" a building or to leave it active in Populi and rename the building with a "Retired" or "No Longer Used" label. If it is deleted then it is removed for all course uses in both current and previous semesters. If it is labelled, then the label is captured in all course records.
If you could provide the option to "Retire" or set "Inactive" a building so that the previous semester course records are correctly maintained and the no longer used building's status in Populi is correctly denoted, that would be appreciated.
Being able to hide buildings that are not in use in a similar fashion to the way retired course fess are not shown on the primary display page would be great.
