When creating assignments, there is a default comment box. It would be great to disable this feature. I have students who will try to submit an assignment in the comment box, or participate in a discussion in the comments rather than in a discussion thread.

Katrina Bailey It would be beneficial to be able to disable comments on the assignments. Students are often confused and put test answers here.
