We are a non-traditional school and need to have a different grading system ASAP. Very disappointed that Populi has not been able to create this feature.
A-F does not work for us. Please customize a grading scale for assignments with the following letter grades:
P = Pass
RP = Resubmitted Pass
R= Resubmit
We also need this info to be reportable within the data slicer so that we can track how many times a student has needed to resubmit an assignment.

Agree with Brittany's comments above. We have had such a hard time getting our non-traditional school to fit into the Populi system, especially as we were lead to believe that this wouldn't be a problem for us. We need a different gradiing system asap. Thank you
As Clay links above, it looks like a modified Pass/Fail grade scale would suit your purposes, because you can define what the "Letters" are (P, RP, and R). I believe you would then be able to report on them Academics > Reporting > Enrollments.

From what I understand, what you are each referring to is related to the overall course grade. We need a custom grade scale for assignments.
And, from the info you've both shared, I don't see a way to set my own letter grade outside of A-F for the Grade Scale, only the P/ F scale. Please redirect me if I'm missing something here. Thanks again for your insights!
Brittany Sanelli - Populi's gradescales are fully customizable so we should be able to set this up. In order to use non-standard grade names you'll need to have them added by your data manager on our end. Please reach out via a support request to get the process started.
