Below is the message received for requested backups. Neither the notification nor the admin section of the portal provides the Backup ID that has been completed.

It seems like this should be an easy addition to the message to provide the Backup ID to allow download via API.

Your backup on Jul 26, 2021 has completed successfully and is ready for download under Account > Backups.

It will be available for 1 week, and will then be deleted.

  Daniel Betting - The response to the requestBackup API call is the Backup ID so if you created the backup that way you should already have the ID. Even better than using that ID to create a manual downloadBackup request is to set the on_complete_url in requestBackup and Populi will make an HTTP request containing the ID to that URL when the backup is ready.
