Print records of emails and recipients list when using private recipients

Each semester I am required to document that I informed federal student loan borrowers of their right to reduce or decline loans.  I must do this within 30 days of the loan disbursements each semester.  I do this by filtering awards for the federal loan and then selecting "email students" from that query.  I must also document that I've met this requirement for our auditors, but Populi provides no way to print or save a PDF of a sent email with the list or recipients.  So I have to go to each student's activity feed and print the whole record to show the email I sent.  Please make this less cumbersome for me.  At this point, it would be easier just to send it through my regular email client, but it seems good to have a record of such important emails within Populi.
