We have two standard class times:
AM Class 9:00am-1:00pm
and
PM Class 2:00pm-6:00pm
Is there a way to add these time options as a dropdown box or list to select from rather than having to manually adjust the time for every day I add a class meeting to the calendar? Please let me know if this can be done for ITEA. Thank you.
Marybel Good - Course meeting times can be set up to repeat specific times on whichever days of the week you select. You can read about course meeting times here. If you have further questions or need assistance please reach out to Populi Support via a support request.
Thanks Adam. Unfortunately, our meeting times are not repeating so I have to enter each meeting time through the calendar function. I tried entering the times as repeating for the entire course period and then just deleting the dates I did not need- thinking it would be quicker to delete times than to add them individually. However, this leaves a red deleted note on my calendar. I am currently working in Academic Term 2024 CURRENT Yr 2 Int 5, class P201. I will leave the "deleted" there for awhile if you want to take a look. I welcome other ideas/suggestions.
It is frustrating that this is not a customizable feature. It is very labor intensive to manually makes these changes. We appreciate the article and direction, however this is a larger issue that needs attention.
