Hello, I created an application form on admission settings. I want applicants to go to the actual form and fill out the info we are asking for. However, the embed code forces applicants to fill out a personal information page first (without a title etc) before going to the actual form. Most applications get confused with this and think that the personal info form is the actual form. They opt out to continue with the actual form that comes after it. Can you please give the option to pass the personal info form with an alternative embed code? Thank you.

Dennis Malone Did you ever find an answer to this issue? Our applicants click on an action button on the website the the embed code that takes them to a preliminary page asking for name, number, email, etc. and when submitted the actual application appears with that information already populated. It is a two step process that confuses our applicants. Is there a way to go directly to the application?
