Bulk-apply paid deposits to student's accounts

I would love to see a way to bulk-apply paid deposits to active student accounts (we do this following add/drop period) and also a way to bulk-apply forfeits! Puleeeeese (she says now that she's going into 425 student's accounts).

Hello Vikki,

We have added bulk apply, refund, and forfeit actions to the Unpaid/Unapplied Deposits tab.
