It would help us with IT support if Populi listed the Microsoft Authenticator on the list of recommended 2FA apps when a user enables Login Approvals.
We use Microsoft Education for the backbone of much of our IT support. We are rolling out mandatory 2FA for our email accounts later this year and will require students to use Microsoft Authenticator.
Having Microsoft authenticator on the list of recommended authenticators will help those students who want to add 2FA to their populi account. It will let them know they can use an app they already have rather than having to download one of the other apps listed.
A tech savvy user will know they can use their Microsoft authenticator, but our experience in IT support tells us there will students who think they have to download one of the other apps listed just because the Populi website lists only those apps.
