Greetings, my name is Geon Kang from Grace Mission University. I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to request a feature to differentiate student patron types by program level in Populi Library.
Populi Library currently categorizes all students under a single "Student" patron type, with no ability to distinguish between undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students.
Our institution needs different library loan policies for different student levels:
Undergraduate/Graduate: 14-day checkout
Doctoral: 30-day checkout
Please add the ability to create or differentiate patron types based on Student Program Level (Undergraduate, Master's, Doctoral). This would allow automatic application of different loan policies without manual intervention.
