I have students that would like to download all the files in the Files tab in bulk. However, right now, they have to go into each file and download them individually. Can this be a feature?

Adam Sentz Ginger Howell - You can check the boxes of the files you want and click Download. I'm not sure what the limit is on this, they may not be able to download all the files, but it's not true that you, "have to go into each file and download them individually."

Ginger Howell OK. I might need to create a support ticket because that feature is not working in our classes right now. I will wait a day because sometimes if I do that, the gremlins go away and things work again.

Adam Sentz Ginger Howell - If you select a Folder the download options isn't available. You can download multiple files, but not folders. Maybe that's the issue.
