Greetings!
When reviewing the Bounce (and spam) reporting under Communications it would be nice if Bulk Resolve had two options:
- Bulk Resolve - Reactivate All (which is what it does)
or
- Bulk Resolve - Mark All Old
We can generally tell what needs to be done by the reason code/description on the cvs/xls description column. The other day I had to go through and Mark about 70 emails as old. so I could clear out our reporting under communications. This way, the next time we do a bulk mailer I can see new issues and new people rather than the same people who keep getting bounced because I had been Bulk fixing it which just reactivated the emails.
