The login timeout window is too short. I login, do things, then come back 5-10 later and have to login again.

Also, the timeout is longer than that, so if you are really being logged out after a few minutes something else may be going on. Check out this article https://support.populiweb.com/hc/en-us/articles/223792167

Clicking on the device entry doesn't seem to have any effect, and all I see is a long list of these Chrome entries.

Samuel Stevenson - If you are using SSO you won't have this option.

Gotcha. So there is no way to stay logged in via SSO?
