When you open a file in Populi, "Download" should be a button on the toolbar, not hidden in the three dot menu.
We frequently have students tell us "There's no option to download the file." And we have to tell them "Click the three dot menu."
It would be so much easier and save us time if the download button was on the toolbar and prominently displayed to students.
