Enable automatic email notification for students when a Lock is applied to their profile.
The email should indicate the type of lock applied and any notes that were added.
This helps students to resolve lock issues sooner.

Brittany Kemlo This would be a helpful thing, I think. We would like an automated note that would go to students and to their teachers/advisors. It would also be helpful if these same people were notified automatically when the lock was removed.
