The new Forms feature is great! I do have a few suggestions to make it even better:
(1) Add a few more helpful fields in Forms creation: phone number and physical address. The short answer can be used for these but it would be more tidy if it was already in a ( ) _ _ _ - _ _ _ _ type format.
(2) Allow for an easier way for forms to be assigned to individual students. The only way that I see to do this now is to tag a student something unique then use the Actions button under Contacts to 'add form request' once that tag has been filtered. It's a little cumbersome.
(3) Allow for a way for other departments to approve, sign off, and be notified of a form started/completed. For example, we have an Intent to Graduate form that seniors complete in order to graduate. The current paper form requires clearances (signatures) from Financial Aid, Student Life, and Business Office. At this time, I'll be making half the form electronic and the other half still hard-copy based. But if I could add individuals (and their required signature) from each of those departments to a form, then I could eliminate the need the need for a hardcopy.
(4) Add a PDF and Print version of a completed form.
