It would be great when we are setting up the meeting time to have the option to make it a conference automatically. For instance, we do classes once a week over our 16-week semester. When setting up our meeting time(s), having the option to create conferences on Tuesdays at 6 pm, for example, would be fantastic. Currently, the only way to set up meetings is to do them one at a time. This feature would make that process much simpler.

We're looking for the option to have Populi create conferences automatically when the meeting time is set for the class. Or the ability to create a spreadsheet and upload it to create conferences automatically.

Susan Klos We would like Populi to add the ability to create recurring Conferences with a customized list of dates, rather than requiring the Conference to occur every week or at a fixed recurrence interval.
Our school frequently holds the same type of Conference on the same day and at the same time, but the Conference does not occur every week. For example, we may schedule a conference for Tuesdays at 10:00 AM on Weeks 1, 3, 5, 8, and 10, while skipping the other weeks.
It would be very helpful if, when creating a Conference, we could:
- Select a recurring Conference option.
- Set the day and time once.
- Select the specific dates on which the Conference should occur.
- Have Populi create the individual Conference instances automatically.
- Make changes to the entire series or to an individual occurrence when needed.
This would be especially helpful for schools with non-weekly academic schedules, cohort-based programs, seminars, faculty meetings, skills labs, or other recurring instructional events.
Currently, having to create each Conference individually is time-consuming and increases the possibility of inconsistent titles, times, settings, or links.
Requested functionality: A flexible recurring Conference feature that allows users to define a recurrence pattern or select specific dates for the Conference series.
