When a person submits a form and receives an auto-response, it would be awesome if the notification email they received was saved to their Activity Feed.
We are using forms to accept submissions for an essay scholarship. We have edited the auto-notification a couple times with slightly different information. We find ourselves needing to know exactly what auto-response notification email the student received. It would be useful if these notification emails were saved to the person's activity feed.

CfaN SOM Admissions Please fix this. We also need all communication with an applicant to appear in the activity feed. I have emails automatically sent through the notification feature in the application but it looks like we have never contacted the applicant.
Additionally, we abosultely thrilled with the automation the team set up but it still looks like we have not contacted the person.
We have multiple people working in admissions right now and they have no way of knowing what type of follow up has gone out. Especially with the automations being recent. We are pretty stuck not knowing what to communicate next. Thank you guys for your hard work! Please see what you can do to remedy this one.

Also, add emails sent through communication plans to the activity feed. It looks like they have never heard from us. The notification email doesnt show either. Why?

Ours do not, but we asked for special code to discontinue communication plan if they complete their application. I wonder if that is why. I will ask the populi team mabe they know.

Carolyn Engstrom Forms: Cannot find where to add an email notification to pertinent staff for review and approval?
Are they able to get notified to their email when they are not logged into Populi?
