Good idea. Would help convert one professor who's reluctant to use Populi because it doesn't have this feature.

We would love to have this as well. A.P. in most schools is a simple numerical calculation: so many credits attempted and a gpa below a threshold.

I found out just after I posted this that our Admissions people are happy with the Admissions filters and reporting, so yu can ignore number 1.

Agreed. For example, ABHE asks us for the total number of students and credits from the previous academic year. I'm sure we can get the data out of Populi, but a preset report would save us time ...

I agree. To find out whether we can get rid of a certain custom field, I'm trying to determine what data's in it. 'Is not null' would save me from running a report on everyone in the database.
