3. Allow Exemptions and Course Waivers to Qualify as Pre-Reqs in Registration

We use waivers when students test out of our intro class. It has messed up our self enrollment consistently and we would also love to have the ability to mark a waived class as meeting the pre-reqs!

Adam Sentz we are a small school without the manpower to do this for every class every term. Would it be possible to have an option to make the evals available the last two weeks of a course's dates?
