Bethany Minich - I believe you can already do this by setting the Application Form to Show Online = No, and you can get the direct link by clicking Click here to view the application form.

Dr. Jacob Leporacci - You're correct that there's no "Back to previous lesson" button on the first page of a lesson. If you like I could edit this feature request to just be for that.
