@Joel - Course faculty can manually set advising flags on students on their course from the course student page (accessed by clicking the student's name in the Roster.)

@Joel - When manually adding a flag to a student there is a drop down listing the students advisor(s) that lets you choose whom to assign the flag to.

Thanks for the feedback everybody. Search is one of the more difficult programming challenges and there's always room for improvement. Populi's search feature doesn't just search for exact matches...

We added the ability to filter by status when editing the courses in a course group. By default it will show active courses only now.

@Dana - That's how News works by default. A post will remain in the Feed until someone with the requisite permissions deletes it.

@Sam - The Staff role is required to delete News.
