There is now a label variable called Formatted Call Number. This will add line breaks in the appropriate places to the call number so it can be used on a spine label.

@Amie - If you're referring to the Home > Dashboard, you can choose to publish at a certain date and time, but there isn't a similar feature for the course Dashboard.

Correction: you can also change the email and resend if the first person it was sent to hasn't started filling out the reference form.
