An update went live last night making tuition schedules and refund policies a lot more flexible. If there you still have cases that are hard to handle let us know, but I'm going to mark this Done.

The new online application can be completed all at once. There's still an initial form and then the full app, but there's no waiting in between so you can do the whole app in one sitting.

This can be done by filtering by student balances in the Data Slicer and then choosing "Lock Results" from the Actions drop-down.
