Are you sure? Can you not say "Tag Is Not Registration Lock" and you get your query? Or, perhaps I'm misunderstanding your question. See attached screen shot.

I agree wholeheartedly. Would love the flexibility to arrange course groups as our catalogue has them arranged.

Would love it if the list was defaulted to Active courses with the ability to open up the filter to include Retired courses if necessary. Very rarely would we ever need to see the Retired courses.

@ Steve, you can set an add/drop date for each course under the info section. Not sure if that helps you out, but I thought I'd mention it, just in case.
