As the OP said, this can be an accreditation requirement (for example for the Standard IV of DEAC Accreditation Requirements, with DEAC being one of the 2 largest online-only accreditors)

I agree that it should be possible for the at-risk indicators to be visible to Faculty or Staff (if desired), not just Advisor role.

Sherry is correct this is a USDE requirement to enforce R2T4 reporting. We currently have to check this manually, by tracking student activity per week in the term, which is very time-consuming.

We always create a Course Intro lesson prior to the first unit of our courses that links the syllabus.
