Financial and Grade/Transcript Lock Alert

Is there a way that Populi can set up the financial and grades/transcript locks to be more noticeable when someone is looking at a student's Student tab? I understand that there is an alert that is already on the screen, but my suggestion is more of an alert that would pop up on when someone begins exporting an official transcript. We have had some instances where transcripts were sent out, but they should not have been because the student had a lock. I feel like this extra alert popping up in addition to the main alert on the screen would help alleviate this problem.
