It would be great if when clicking a student's email link under their profile, we'd have an option to include any or all of the known emails on their account. We make the school email the primary email for all students, but there are times when we want to also cc to their other email(s), too. I know we can manually add the other email but it is SO EASY to accidentally add some random other person there as it tries to guess who you want and will drop in an address you do NOT want there.
Maybe like how there's a checkbox to "send me a copy" there could also be buttons to cc to other email types the student has on file?
Our new students do not get their school email credentials until mid summer and once that info goes to them, only our IT dept knows who has actually activated them at any given time. So for those summer months, I'd like to be able to easily send the email to both their school (primary) email AND their home email.
