We use the activity feed to keep track a various interactions with students (email, phone, text, even recording in person contacts). It would be great if we could "tag" interested persons in the post so they could know that a new note has been posted.
For example, let's say our student care team talks with a student and discovers that their grandparent has died. They could post a note in the student's activity feed, and tag the people to whom they give access (advisor, faculty etc). Those people would then receive an email staying "a new note has been posted to Student Name) and could then go read the note.
