Yes. Totally agree for the same reasons. Would be great if we could manage visibility/print settings for students for this, just like we can for award letters.

Not quite. I don't think having an additional menu would be helpful. Most of our terms have different names by different campus, so unless that was the additional menu, it wouldn't be the right sol...
