In this day of debit cards, we should be able to do POS for library fines, tuition and fees, and bookstore with a card reader. Bookstore should also allow POS without having to have a inventory. ...

Otherwise the file feature quickly becomes useless. If you want this feature to be helpful, allow subfolders.
