We'd love to be able to streamline the process of getting files into and out of Populi, but this isn't something we're actively considering at this time.

We're actually working on this right now. After we update some legacy transactions may require some clean up - just open a support request and we can walk you through it.

You can attach any person in Populi to an organization and give them a title. There's a link to add this info right under their name on their profile.

@Sam - Perhaps you could use tags to keep track of employees who you don't wish to have the Staff role. Or you could make them a member of your Organization in Populi.
